OUR WORK
HCG Associates continues to assist our clients on a daily basis, from rapidly growing nationwide customers to local single shop operators. Here are examples of how we have helped.
Representation
HCG was engaged to assist and represent a seafood distributor with the investigation of a workplace fatality. This included the investigation of the incident, representation of the client with public safety and regulatory representatives, and working with the clientās legal counsel to resolve additional EHS concerns. HCG continues to work with the client as their EHS representative.
HCG Associates assisted a client with a successful lawsuit against their insurer. Working with the clientās counsel, HCG assisted with research, depositions, and representation in winning the multi-million dollar judgment.
HCG frequently works with clients in rectifying EPA and OSHA violations and represents them from the corrective action thru penalty phases.
Consulting and Business Development
HCG Associates initially began consulting for a third party logistical provider that was established as a single warehouse in 1941, but today has grown into a privately owned network of more than 2.1Mil sq ft of state-of-the-art warehousing capacity, strategically located across the US. Along the way HCG has been there to assist our client as they experienced tremendous growth over a short period of time. This brought about challenges that required foresight and knowledge of not only the health and safety regulations, but required an understanding of our customers needs and requirements as well.
